My background:

I grew up in South Africa and first came to the UK through the diplomatic service, but it was the relationships I formed here that drew me back and eventually led me into counselling and psychotherapy. My work as a home carer showed me how deeply trauma shapes the human spirit, and how healing begins in connection — with ourselves and with others.

Over the years I’ve worked across various therapeutic fields, with a particular interest in generational patterns and how past experiences continue to influence our present relationships. My approach is holistic and integrative, exploring the mind, body, and spirit together.

I work with clients aged 17 to 99 from many walks of life — people facing homelessness, addiction, eating disorders, end‑of‑life experiences, and those simply wanting to live differently. What matters most is the relationship we build.
