A grief story....

Anna lost her mother a few years ago and had been struggling to cope with the profound loss, as well as the shift in her identity as a daughter without a mother. During our sessions, it emerged that Anna had also experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby—something she had never spoken about or fully processed.

The sessions provided Anna with a safe space to openly grieve while feeling supported and cared for. Over time, Anna came to understand that it is possible to hold onto hope while still honoring her grief. By the end of therapy, she discovered a new sense of meaning in her life, recognizing that learning to live with loss is a gradual, deeply personal journey that unfolds differently for everyone.
